Service and Maintenance

Monorail System
The monorail system is an ideal solution for facade access, especially for buildings where installing a system on a terrace is challenging or unfeasible. This model is specifically designed for such scenarios, providing efficient and accessible options for facade maintenance.
Davit Arm System
We are the first in Malaysia to offer a davit arm system designed for rope access, material hoisting, and suspended platforms. The Davit system is a traditional and efficient method for providing both permanent and temporary access to building facades. It is commonly used to suspend large work platforms and consists of a mast and jib made from aluminum alloy or steel. Our temporary or portable davits are designed for easy removal and relocation, with sockets installed at various points on the building. Davit systems can be installed with heights up to 5 meters and outreach up to 4 meters, and are utilized worldwide. The davit features a special rolling collar that allows the platform to be maneuvered over parapets, enhancing its versatility and ease of use.
