Service and Maintenance

We will procedures that are developed for inspecting and maintaining the Material Handling Equipment to ensure it is safe to use and remains in a safe condition by our competent person. If any affected components are detected they should be repaired or disposed of and replaced as required. We are officially partnered with SKYGONDOLA.

Monorail System

ideal model for using monorails installed on façade. Designed for buildings in which the installation of a system on a terrace is difficult or not possible.

Davit Arm System

We are first in Malaysia and have been designed as a davit arm for rope access, material hoist & suspended platform.

The Davit system is a traditional and effective method to provide permanent and temporary access to facades and is typically used to suspend large work platforms. The Davit comprises a mast and a jib made in aluminium alloy or steel.

A temporary or portable Davit is designed such that it can be removed and relocated to different places of the building where sockets are installed. Davit systems of up to 5m height and 4m outreach have been installed worldwide.

The Davit can rotate on a special rolling collar to allow the platform to be maneuvered over the parapet.
